On a continuous basis, our technical architects work with customers to create and maintain a roadmap of infrastructure maintenance and improvement which is then segmented into a stream of projects. Each project is scoped to define the deliverables and to determine the effort, resources and timing for producing these. It can then be performed on the basis of a fixed price or per day worked.
Thereafter the stages are as follows.
For shorter and simpler assignments we can provide qualified and certified consultants to work on-site or remotely to complete pre-specified tasks in all areas of the infrastructure environment.

- Design, where we produce a granular specification of the deliverables
- Build and test, where we create the deliverables and ensure that they meet the specification
